750m Lake Swim - 20k Bike - 5k Run
Taking place at Grendon Lakes, this popular sprint triathlon will take competitors on a superfast sprint triathlon course.
This early season open water triathlon gives novices a great introduction to open water triathlon racing and the more experienced triathletes can enjoy the qualifying status that it has achieved again in 2012.
As with all of our events, all abilities are welcome and encouraged to compete. This inland piece of water is not exposed to currents and tides, making the 750m swim a fast one in a clear piece of water. The bike is more of a challenge coming in at just over 20k with a flat two lap 5k run course to finish the event off.
Camping is available onsite.
