400m Pool Swim - 18k Bike - 5k Run

Although this event is based on the edge of the Chiltern hills, it has a reputation for being one of the fastest sprint triathlons you will ever do.  After the 400m pool based swim, it's on to a flat out and back 18k bike course and a flat out and back run course on the traffic free Phoenix Trail.

As with all of our events we have a really good mix of beginners and experienced triathletes and all are equally welcome.
