The Beaver is the original event at Belvoir Castle. Based in the stunning grounds of the Castle itself, all racing will take place in the Castle grounds and it's surrounding area.
We have had to move this event to this new early season spot, giving athletes the opportunity to use this event to really test themselves early on in the season. It is also ideally placed for anybody racing a longer distance event during the summer.
The event will take place in the afternoon with the little beaver taking place in the morning.
Although early season the shallow 1900m swim will ensure the water temperature is relatively high. After a long run to transition athletes then complete the rolling 80k bike course and finish with a 3 lap, spectator friendly 12m run leading to the castle on the top of the hill on each lap.
You will be thankful for and enjoy the finish line!
As always, we welcome all athletes and hope to see our usual mix of ages and abilities. There is no cut off time for this event and all finishers will receive a great finishers memento.
