Sprint 750m Pool Swim - 28k Bike - 4.8k Run -
Novice 350m Pool Swim - 16k Bike - 3.2k Run
Based at the East Midlands International Pool Corby. The 50 metre pool offers the option of a 750m Sprint swim and a 350m Novice swim. The bike course will be 28k (2 laps sprint) and 16k (1 lap novice) taking you west of Corby past Rockingham Castle and in to the Welland Valley. The Sprint run course is 3 laps around the centre of Corby, fast and flat, totalling 4.8k with the Novice run course completing 2 laps totalling 3.2k. The finish area in front of the new Qube building offers ample space for friends and family to show their support.

“Lakelands Hospice provides care for those with cancer-related illnesses and individuals affected by advanced heart failure. The hospice is developing constantly to the needs and demands of the local community. We have introduced our Hospice at Home Care Service and now need to raise in excess of £450.000. We do not receive any government funding and rely totally on charitable donations and fundraising events.”
